For information purposes, we hereby present the conditions of use of the Home Pick-Up website (hereinafter known as the “SITE”). If you do not agree with these conditions, please leave the SITE immediately and do not use the information and services available on it.

The content and information displayed on the SITE are the property of Le Support of the Quebec Intellectual Disability Society (hereinafter known as Le Support), which operates it for your personal use for non-commercial purposes. You may not view the information on the SITE in ways other than for your personal use, for information purposes and for strictly non-commercial purposes.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the SITE, regardless of their type. The reproduction or retransmission of the content displayed on the SITE is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances will Le Support be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any other damages resulting in loss of use, information or profits, whether due to negligence or a prejudicial action resulting from or in relation to the use or performance of information available on the SITE.

Any information or content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the SITE is used at your own risk and by your own choice and you bear the sole responsibility for any damage to your computer system or for any data loss resulting from the downloading or the use of such information or content.

Le Support cannot be held liable for any damage or injury resulting from your access to—or your inability to access—the SITE or for any virus, bug, falsification, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, computer failure or any other dysfunction associated with the SITE.
